TPing at a very young age

Ahhh yes, we have discovered the art of TPing at a very young age. Oh the joy of completely unravelling a brand new roll of toilet paper all over the bathroom. Although Ethan was caught red handed I let him enjoy the thrill and excitement of spinning the roll until it was empty. Now all our bathrooms have either the doors closed or no rolls on the holders. How do you babyproof that one? Anyone?
